Making a new workbench tabletop from re purposed old maple table. Part 1: Disassembly

I recently found a deal on a very old maple table that will be perfect for making my 'real' workbench top (instead of the prototype which has plain construction lumber which I've been using for years awaiting a good deal on maple.) But first it needs to be disassembled and reworked. The stand will be discarded as it's just yucky old wood.
